The Washington State Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program (WSCAP) exists to equip, empower and encourage individuals from all walks of life as they pursue and secure a career in the field of cosmetology. We endeavor to provide an exceptional experience by way of membership training in an approved salon and/or spa environment.
